Tyler, the salesman who sold us the car, went above and beyond to offer great customer service. He recognized us waiting in the lobby, asked how we were liking the car, and chatted for a bit. He then found out we would have to pay for the update since it wasn't covered under the warranty or extended warranty we purchased, but he offered us a free oil change voucher to use in the future to make up for it.
