Better than I expected! I came in not really sure what I would like in a Ford. I have never owned a Ford and the only model I recall ever admiring were mustangs. I was very impressed with what they had to offer in a mid-size SUV. Since I had no knowledge of Ford, I also didn't have any high expectations of the dealership but I was very impressed. Wayne was very courteous and patient and took the time to explain how everything worked and answered all of my questions. I came in asking for him on a Saturday but he was out on vacation. I then worked with a part time sales person named Clinton. He was very helpful but my confidence about purchasing wasn't obtained until I spoke to Wayne. In fact I came in on Monday almost sure I was going to purchase a Buick Encore instead. I believe Wayne should get the credit for the sale if there is any question and provide Clinton with some sort of payment for his help in his absence. More
