Average Overall the experience was good. I have been searching for a new truck for some months. When I would go in for oil changes through the quick lane I wo Overall the experience was good. I have been searching for a new truck for some months. When I would go in for oil changes through the quick lane I would walk around and see what was new. I would take a look at the truck that was in the show room. After my last oil change I decided I needed to upgrade. So I looked for a sales person to help me. What I found was all the younger salesman playing on their phones and no one willing to help me. So I decided that I needed to look else were. I looked for several months all over town then I saw a truck at the price I was willing to pay while driving through the lot one evening. So I requested a quote online and finally got someone to talk to me. The salesman asked me if I would stop by to take a look at the truck so I did. After meeting Rodger I knew I could work with him. He wasn't like all the young kids working in the show room that I experienced before. I viewed the truck at the end of the day but the dealership was closing so I told Rodger I was going think about it over the night and call him in the morning. When I called the next morning to tell him I'd buy the truck, he informed me that it sold 10 minutes earlier. So I decided I needed to look at leasing a new truck. My only concern going forward is the service shop. Being a loyal Ford customer (21yrs) I always call Ford shops first, but in the last 3 years whenever I needed servicing the service shop was always booked 2 to 3 weeks out. With how many vehicles Luther sells each year it concerns me how small the shop is. This truck will be the test for me if I continue with Luther or change dealerships. My hope is that since my truck is new, I never have to call the service shop again. More

Taylor was the salesman and Shari was in financing. I can't say enough about how easy they made it.... So easy that I decided to come back 2 days later and trade in my suburban for a 2018 Expedition. I'm in love with it. 2 cars in 3 days wasn't in my plan at all, but they made it so easy and Sherri was able to get a great deal on financing so it made the trade on the 2nd car that much easier. My husband loves his new truck and I love my new Expedition. More
