Brian, in the service department, was cordial as he explained exactly how long the procedure would take, and then reminded me it was time to rotate the tires and put in a new air filter. This was not suggestive selling, because i knew it was time for those services to be done.. Everything was finished promptly and having a clean services area with comp newspapers and drinks and cookies made the time go by quickly. i would recommend Luther Ford to anyone. as a matter of fact, my wife and son have also purchased vehicles from Luther and we are all extremely pleased.
