Oil change Quick Lane Oil change… This service and Customer wait times…could be greatly improved. There should be a designated Lane established for people Quick Lane Oil change… This service and Customer wait times…could be greatly improved. There should be a designated Lane established for people who would like an oil change and or a tire rotation. I sat in line for over an hour waiting for an oil change… Then vehicle in front of me had an oil change + tire rotation. This is a very long process... your wait times could and sometimes are over an hour and a half (1.5hs) for a simple oil change service that should take less <30 minutes per vehicle tops… I realize waiting for another vehicle for an oil change and except that, but having to wait for two oil changes and then an unexpected tire rotation plus oil change is what I find is unacceptable for an advertised service of being a oil change service center. In closing I would suggest reviewing with your service staff… And take considerations or other measures to keep oil changes lanes dedicated for just that an oil change… Anything else ie: tire rotation etc. should be in another dedicated lane only with oil change option … I believe in doing this it would immensely help improve your customer service at your dealership. Tim Z. took great care of us We had previously leased an Escape (3 years ago) through Tim and he contacted us as we approached the end of our lease and helped us through the proce We had previously leased an Escape (3 years ago) through Tim and he contacted us as we approached the end of our lease and helped us through the process and got us a new Escape leased with relative little ease. The only thing I would recommend is to have more finance people available as we did have to come back (but we offered to) another day to go through the financing being the line was so long. More
