I was happy with my trade in value and being price conscious that helped seal the buy. I have bought from Tryg before and he always follows up to make sure we are satisfied with our vehicle. He spent plenty of time walking us through our new suv at delivery and explained all the new technology and controls. He set up our phones too so we didn't have to fool around with that. A few months before we traded I had to have a wheel bearing replaced on the old vehicle. I looked up (googled) what an average repair like that ran and Luther was right on the industry average so that made for a good experience. The service dept was friendly and got me set up right away for the repair. The service was done quickly and done right. There's a reason customers develop a working relationship with a dealership.
