Once open, I received a very friendly greeting, was asked what I needed today to which I replied, "a routine oil and filter change and checklist inspection". After signing the work order, I was asked if I needed a ride or was going to wait. I said wait and was invited to go into the showroom to enjoy a beverage and relax until the work was done. Upon completion of the work the service rep reviewed my check list and informed me I had a very slight oil leak. He asked that I watch it and come in if I felt it needed repair attention. I redeemed my $20 service coupon and was graciously helped at the pay counter by the clerk. She was most pleasant and invited me to see the $550K Ford vehicle in the showroom. As always I am very please with the Luther Family Ford organization. More
