Good service We were greeted by a friendly sales associate. It was evening and I know it was at the end if shifts but they remained friendly and patient. They suggested finishing paperwork the following day which we were fine with. I texted our sales associate the next day. I was running late and he was more than fine even though I was cutting close to the end of his day. He gave me a good overview of my car and synched my phone for me. We had a new finance guy (Ben) who was great. My only complaint is that the first time an extended warranty was mentioned was at final signing. I feel this should have been mentioned prior so we could do our research as it did adjust our current monthly payment. We were told there were other warranty options however I don't feel other options were explained. More

Qick service I took my '07 Mustang in for a recall to replace the inflator on the passenger side. I had a dead battery the day before and had to remove it. After replacing the battery the hold-down strap wouldn't fit. I mentioned it to Steve and he jotted it down. When I got the invoice he told me I had reinstalled the battery too far forward and they also gave the vehicle a multipoint inspection. All at no cost. More
