It was a Saturday afternoon when I walked in and it was busy. Within a few minutes though, I was asked if I was being helped and the staff found a salesperson (Tony) to work with me right away. During the entire experience, my questions were answered, my requests were never minimized (I ask for a lot), and I truly felt like my business was valued. I had a trade and was a little upside down and the sales manager, Brian, gave me a very fair trade value. Overall, I couldn't be more happy with the experience and the purchase.
