I had the battery go dead in a snap. I just filled my Explorer with gas and when I went to leave the battery was completely dead. I called the service manager at the dealership and he wa I just filled my Explorer with gas and when I went to leave the battery was completely dead. I called the service manager at the dealership and he was at my location with a jump box in less than 5 minutes. The service manager told me to come to the service department and they would check the battery right away. They did a quick test and the battery failed the test and they installed a new battery and I was on my way within a half an hour. This is a top notch service department. I would recommend them to anyone. More
