Took forever. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. I had to wait 50 minutes, after the SUV was inside the building. Was that ever fast. I was looking for a vehicle we could use when we went to Mesa. I checked out, over and over, the dealerships in the Mesa Area. I just happened to be I was looking for a vehicle we could use when we went to Mesa. I checked out, over and over, the dealerships in the Mesa Area. I just happened to be on the web and thought I would look at Luther here near home, (only 90 miles away), I asked for some information on the type of vehicle I was after from Luther Ford. Monica sent it right out, and had Tryg Letnes, now my salesman call me. I explained what I was thinking about and he went to Jeremy in finance and called back with information. This was Saturday Morning the 3rd of September. I asked gramma if she would like to take a drive to Fargo to look at a car? Normally the roof would have jumped and I might have been whipped, but she said sure. I called and said we were coming in. We left at about noon, stopped for lunch, Arrived at the dealer ship, Tryg met us, showed us the vehicles he had pulled up for us. I asked her to drive it, and when we retuned I asked if it was all right if we took the blue sedan and not the small suv type unit. She smiled, I said we would take it, Tryg filled out our paperwork, took the vehicle to be cleaned up, set us up with Jeremy, he finished the paperwork. We waited until they brought the vehicle back, then Tryg cleaned it again, what a guy. Well, we arrived back home around 6;30 that night and we are really satisfied with our new Fusion Energi. Was that ever a fast and great experience for us. Gramma is happy and that makes Grampa happy. Thanks all. Andy More
