I had his business card and I sent him a link from Luthers website that had a truck I liked. I asked him to run numbers on it and he did. When I came into the dealership he showed me the truck I had picked out in person. He then said I actually have a better truck with more features AND will price out better through current incentives. Spencer showed that he is out to get me the best deal there and I couldn't thank him enough. He got me set up with a sweet F150 XLT. Northland edition pickup. My buddies are already drooling over it! Service We brought our Explorer in for front end repair. The service advisor was quick to get the information to me as to what was wrong and the cost to repai We brought our Explorer in for front end repair. Every time I pick up my vehicle it is washed and brought to me. At Luther I had to find our car. The cashier said the car was in the South lot somewhere and it had not been washed. Overall good experience but I think Gateway Chevrolet is better. More
