Service and Luther Family Ford is an Oxymoron Seeing the reviews on this page I wonder who is being paid to write them? I had three things for the service center to look at and was charged over $200 to be told that I have a leak and that what I thought was wrong with the vehicle was correct. One of these was $59.75 to tell me I needed to pay $180+ to replace a $22.99 part. The part is attached by two screws and takes about 15 minutes to replace. So $239.75+ for a $22.99 part. Another $59.75 to lift my vehicle 6 feet in the air to tell me I have a leak. (I think the drops on my driveway gave this away.) Nice looking building and services center but at those prices I guess it is affordable. More

Great experience We stopped by Luther Ford to discuss our lease options with our 2013 Escape; we knew we wanted to continue with Escapes as we really like the vehicle. We stopped by Luther Ford to discuss our lease options with our 2013 Escape; we knew we wanted to continue with Escapes as we really like the vehicle. Our salesman Andy was very knowledgable and the business manager graciously provided us with different lease/buying options. We decided to purchase a 2016 Escape and left the lot with our new vehicle the same afternoon. We have worked with Luther Ford in the past and will do so again when the need arises. More

First New Truck! I'm going to preface this with the fact that I don't NEED to write this nor are they giving me any compensation for doing such. It was my first time purchasing a new vehicle ever .My current truck had seen better days. I walked in there not knowing what to expect. These people were amazing! Sure it is there job to sell cars, however, at no point did it feel like that. They were so nice and helpful at every stage. Andy Klawitter was the salesperson who helped me apply for financing and showed me the truck I was looking at. He was very attentive and made sure I felt appreciated. Shari Lenoue was the finance director that walked me through all the numbers game and explained in very very good detail all the options I had. She even helped me setup insurance after hours to ensure I could take the truck home that day!. I've heard some not so great stories from many of my friends and just strangers about how buying new cars can be a real hassle. I'm very grateful that my experience was not like that all. I would HIGHLY recommend going here. I know I will be going back for anything I need! More
