I have had other dealerships tell me to come back when I am ready. I worked with Monica to set up an appointment and explained how I purchase a new vehicle. I am a female and do not like it when a sales person talks down to me as well as I typically do my research. I worked with a young man called Spencer Carlson who knew the F-150 I was interested in and the options I wanted. I was also looking at an Expediation so my first visit was at least 3 hours to test drive all vehicles. In the end I just bought the F-150 Platinum I wanted in the color and options I wanted as well. The purchase was very fast as well considering they were busy. The finance person was efficient and knew what he was doing. I also purchased some options (tunnel cover, mud flaps etc.) the truck will be ready when I pick it up per my schedule for convenience not theirs. I would purchase from them again. More
