When I arrived, I was greeted by Dan Jordet, one of the sales staff. He was extremely courteous and professional from start to finish. The finance guy we sat down with was also very courteous and knowledgeable. The whole staff at Luther Ford was very professional from start to finish. Their vehicle prices were also more than fair. We paid $4000 - $5,000 less for our loaded Mustang GT at Luther than we would have at other area Ford dealerships for the same car with less options. Definitely a 5-Star experience! More

I was very familiar with my new F-150, so instead of telling me things I already knew, Jerry focused on sharing new things related to the aluminum body, aftermarket parts, what working and what's not working - even if they were for parts, accessories or service that wasn't from Luther. I do a lot of research on vehicles and don't need much help from a sales person, but I do appreciate when someone tailors the experience to giving overall advice instead of trying to impress me with their memorization skills regarding Ford marketing materials. I would shop there again. More

Warranty repairs Overall I'd give them a 5 for service, however I was originally told it would take 7 hours when in reality it took more than 2 days. My family has always been a Chevy family and this is the first new Ford that I remember. I am very satisfied with my Escape and would recommend it. More

Warranty Repair & Customer Loyalty not Considered 3 months ago I brought truck in due to a humming noise that needed investigation. Tech and I went for a test ride and he gave his opinion that it was 3 months ago I brought truck in due to a humming noise that needed investigation. Tech and I went for a test ride and he gave his opinion that it was just extra noise from the turbo due to age. Tech failed to document this finding. 3 months later the noise is louder and they tell me it is a wheel bearing with repair cost of $1,100. Now the truck is 400 miles past warranty that would have TOTALLY COVERED this cost! They did give me 30% off discount thus the 1-star rating. I have also had issues this year with purchasing a vehicle from them in 2012 and 3 years later they only offered to give me $5,000 below current value. After buying 3 vehicles from them, I don't plan to look there first. More
