They are the most knowledgeable service and sales people I think in our area.This is because when your service is finished, the tech working on your car comes to you and gives you a very thorough explanation of everything - what's good, what's not great, if things should be replaced, how and why, etc. They are never pushy, either, but just want you to be aware of anything that could cause problems. My husband purchased his 07 Focus from here and his also still runs like new. When it's time for me to upgrade to an SUV, I'll be coming here! Moon roof glass on my new F150 was loose and leaked as drove into winds or met oncoming semi's. Luther service did warranty work, tightening mounting srews that were loose.
