Even though we didn’t have an appointment, the service department got us right in. They did our oil change and tire rotation in less than an hour. They also checked out the different and topped off the fl department got us right in. They did our oil change and tire rotation in less than an hour. I sat in my vehicle for at least 20 minutes in the no appt lane. Finally Went in to see if they were even taking no appt oil changes. In the waiting room, I texted the number to tell them to change wip appt lane. Finally Went in to see if they were even taking no appt oil changes. In the waiting room, I texted the number to tell them to change wiper blades. He came in to tell me vehicle was done. I asked about blades, didn’t see message. I asked if they could still do it. And he acted like it was a deal to have to go reopen invoice etc but I can if u want me too. He then asked me if I could change them myself. I asked them to do it. And they did so. More
