We had a great experience buying our first vehicle which came from another dealership and that really set the bar high for us. After purchasing this vehicle we felt that the buying experience was lacking customer care, transparency, and honesty. Throughout the entire shopping experience we felt that things seemed rushed and just a tad eager to complete the sale. Furthermore, we would have appreciated if the sales team had taken time to educate us about the vehicle (i.e. when it was last serviced, noteworthy features, and important information worth knowing) rather than being handed the keys and left to just figure it out on our own. MOST IMPORTANTLY, just before we purchased the vehicle, we noticed that the sunroof's visor was off its track. It would only open 3/4 of the way unless the sunroof was retracted too. When we asked to have the visor fixed, a mechanic went and looked at it. 15 minutes later the salesman said there was nothing wrong and "that's just how it is." We knew better than to believe "that's just how it is." So we purchased the vehicle and after we brought it home we fixed the sunroof in less than 5 minutes. Everything else about the vehicle was great. More
