Catarino Sanchez was the Sales Associate who helped answer all of my questions about my CR-V and HR-V interests (he was also deemed the Costco rep I should connect with via Costco Auto communication). Catarino has been at Honda for 10 years and is very knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to buy a car at any point and appreciated the process in its entirety.
