I am greatly impressed by the excellent services offered and business integrity conducted by the service department in my last couple of visits. Our car's trunk spring was broken last December and fixed by and business integrity conducted by the service department in my last couple of visits. Our car's trunk spring was broken last December and fixed by replacement of a new spring. Since the replacement had been in place, a rattling noise started to emit from the trunk. The noise was getting louder and louder until we were no long to put up with. We brought the car to Luther Hopkins Honda. After the careful inspection, the technician figured out the problem... the spring was not properly installed. Then they fixed the problem with no charge within a couple of hours!!! And the customer representative friendly explained it to us honestly. We are impressed by their business integrity. Here is another our dealership experience at Luther Hopkins Honda... We had our regular maintenance done in this May. A couple of weeks later after the service, we've noticed some yellowish liquid leaking seems from the passenger side. We brought to the dealer for inspection and repair. They examined the car very carefully and found no leaking. The customer representative friendly explained that the residual oil after changing the filter oil might be causing the problem. They didn't charge me this time again! Their commitment to customer satisfaction makes us very confident to continue our dealership with Luther Hopkins Honda. More
