The process was easy and went withou any issues. It started with calling for the appointment. I was able to get in the same day at a time that was convenient for my schedule. Went for 1st oil change on new Civic Coupe...made appointment online in 2 seconds. Nice how you drive inside, then get out and take a few steps into the nice waiting area. Watched SportsCenter for appointment online in 2 seconds. Nice how you drive inside, then get out and take a few steps into the nice waiting area. Watched SportsCenter for about 20 minutes, surfed with my phone using the Wi-Fi and had some coffee. Maintenance was done in about 30 min. total and I was on my way after 2 signatures. $37 for oil change might be a couple of bucks more than Jiffy Lube, but it was a pleasure not having some greasy high school kid coming up to me saying how badly my tranny fluid needed changing. These guys are pros and offer a great place to wait. All of my work in the future will be at Luther. More
