Top-Notch Service We have always gotten top-notch service on our Hondas from Luther Hopkins Honda. They do an excellent job explaining the problem, what needs to be do We have always gotten top-notch service on our Hondas from Luther Hopkins Honda. They do an excellent job explaining the problem, what needs to be done, if anything (there have been several occasions where we were told service was optional), as well as why the repair needs to be made and cost. This time, we brought our 2013 Honda Civic in for their Lights-Out promotion because the TPMS light was illuminated but the tire pressures were measuring normal when checked manually. A different tire center had told us it wasn't an issue and not to worry about it, but we thought why not get it checked out since Luther Honda was having the promotion. After some checking, they found that 3 out of 4 tires didn't have TPMS sensors on them and the one that did wasn't communicating with the computer. They installed TPMS sensors on the tires and reset everything so it's now working perfectly with no TPMS light. And we feel much less anxious knowing everything is working the way it's supposed to. Thank you once again Hopkins Honda! More

Very pleasant place I haven’t been there a lot of times so far, but my experience so far has been really good. Besides being helpful and knowledgeable, she was very supportive when an embarrassing situation arose well we were turning in my previous lease. I went back to the dealership a few days ago to pick up my license plates. I am a little handicapped and move awkwardly; a very nice man at the dealership put my plates on for me. One note. Earlier this week, the low tire pressure warning light came on. I brought the car in; it turned out the tires were 8 or 9 pounds under inflated. I had only had the car a couple of weeks, so I assume it was delivered that way. However, the weather had also been quite cold, which might have contributed to the pressure situation. The service bay staff were prompt and very helpful; one of them showed me how to re-calibrate the TPMS. More

Whether it's for something I don't understand and know If there's one thing I've found over the years, it is that Luther Hopkins Honda comes through. Whether it's for something I don't understand and know nothing about or a simple oil change, they always get me back on the road... or tell me why I'll have to wait... or why even waiting won't fix it... "Why" makes all the difference in trust and confidence. The staff (many of whom have been there for YEARS!) communicate well and easily and use language that even someone not mechanically inclined, like me, can understand. It's good to know my car has a home away from home when it needs it. More
