I keep returning to this specific dealer because they are efficient and friendly. They fix what you request and recommend service that needs to be preformed or parts that need repair or replacing and how soo efficient and friendly. The wating area is roomy with many seating options and a very nice snack area with fruit, cookies, water, coffee, muffins and hot chocolate (at no charge). There are also vending machines if you have any other needs. All areas are kept very clean and neat even the bathroom! My favorite employee in the service department is Kara. She is always upbeat, positive, accommodating, thoughtful and efficient. I hope all employees follow her example. More

I was an out-of-towner that got in a car accident on the way to Minneapolis. I stopped at Hopkins Honda while I was in town to get a realignment. Jerry, who "helped" me, was nothing but condescending and ru way to Minneapolis. I stopped at Hopkins Honda while I was in town to get a realignment. Jerry, who "helped" me, was nothing but condescending and rude. After getting the phone call my car was ready to be picked up, I arrived only to find the service center was closed...why call me to pick up my car then?? After a firm conversation, I was able to pay and pick my car up anyways only to find it still wasn't even aligned! The car drove nowhere near straight. Thanks for nothing and costing me $120 for crappy, ineffective service. More
