I had a pleasant experience however the salesman was also dealing with another customer. He didnt put the temporary plate on the back window. He called while I was driving home in a hard rain. What an easy experience. I called ahead on a specific suv, Mike had it pulled up and ready to go. Mike was very knowledgeable about the car and the industry. I brought my new vehicle in for a chip repair on my windshield. The service team was awesome. They set me up with a loaner, and when there was a delay in the repair (no fault of theirs) they let me kee windshield. The service team was awesome. They set me up with a loaner, and when there was a delay in the repair (no fault of theirs) they let me keep the loaner for those extra days. The cost of the repair was much less than I expected. Overall, I had a great first time experience with the service department. More

I am only the 2nd owner of a 2005 vehicle. I brought it in for an oil change. I had no idea until I picked it up that they would use regular oil. I have always used a synthetic blend. Very disappointed tha in for an oil change. I had no idea until I picked it up that they would use regular oil. I have always used a synthetic blend. Very disappointed that they did not ask. Also I asked them to inform me what they might notice about an oil leak but when I came to pick up at scheduled time no one was prepared to answer my question. They just quickly brought me to counter to pay. Only information offered was that my tires needed attention. The tires are only 2 1/2 yrs old with less than 21,000 miles on them. More
