I had a good experience overall. I feel my trade was significantly under valved compared to the quote I was initially given before coming to the dealership and once at the dealership during the appraisal the appraiser I feel knit picked through the trade to get the vehicle to the trade valve they wanted. As the whole appraisal process took much longer then it should, which was more than likely increased as a result of the attempting to short me on the trade. As an example, the sheering wheel had small amount of wear/buildup, which probably could have easily been cleaned with the proper cleaning materials, but they deducted something like $675.00. More
