Pulled in to Luther at 5pm after a check engine light came on. I was on my way to the cities for meetings and they really took care of me. Within an hour I was on my way to the cities in a loaner. Overall did a good job servicing my vehicle. Brought in for oil change. Only hiccup was they charged me for 8 cylinder oil change when I only have a 6 cylinder. After my oil change and tire rotation I found the next day that a few of my lug nuts were loose. We purchased a Chrysler Pacifica from Hudson Chevrolet that had some mechanical issues that were missed during the inspection. We brought the issue of a coolant odor in the cabin to the sales manager, Da that had some mechanical issues that were missed during the inspection. After purchasing the vehicle, we immediately brought it to another shop for inspection and the problem was found and repaired there. The manager at Hudson Chevrolet, Tim, then reached out to us to make things right after hearing what happened. I wish we had been able to speak with him initially(he was out of the office the day we purchased), as he went above and beyond to make things right for us. They took the van back in to finish the repair(there was a lingering coolant odor from a leaking heater core). Tim communicated with us about their progress, and even drove the van himself to be sure that the repair was complete. Tim's commitment to customer service is why we would still recommend the dealership despite the trouble we had. If you have any questions or trouble, make sure you speak to Tim directly!
