When I brought the car in and explained the issue, they said it was a known issue that happens. The repair took just over 2.5 hours. If they knew how long it was going to take they should have advised th said it was a known issue that happens. The repair took just over 2.5 hours. If they knew how long it was going to take they should have advised the eta for the repair so my decision to wait in person could have been better informed. More

I was very disappointed in my last visit to just get my car diagnosed for your “Lights Out” promo. It was diagnosed and when I got there I told them I wanted to wait so they were going to take the car off car diagnosed for your “Lights Out” promo. It was diagnosed and when I got there I told them I wanted to wait so they were going to take the car off the hoist and wash it for me. The person helping me approached me about 20 minutes later to tell me she was going to lunch and that my car would be ready shortly and the other staff would come and get me. It ended up being over 90 minutes from the time I got there until I left because there was “miscommunication”. It was a little excessive since they only needed to take it off the hoist and wash it. And in the end they never even washed it!!! More
