Certainly not a deal breaker but, the regular coffee ran out and that caramel vanilla abomination was worse than no coffee. The fixed prices change the dynamic of dealing with the sales associate. My associate, Ron Lewczyk, made sure that I was well cared for and well informed - helping me make a decision with which I will be comfortable for the duration of the financing (not a small consideration.) My truck is not exactly uncommon but Ron’s input helped my put a finer point on for what I was looking and then helped me find it. The financing department was friendly. Overall, buying my truck at Luther Hudson was a great experience and one that I would recommend - granted that with fixed pricing, dealerships become somewhat interchangeable and the differentiator becomes service and people. Luther does a great job and Ron elevated the experience from what it could’ve been (think driving to Disnelyland for vacation) to what it was (think flying to Disneyland for vacation); both are fun and exciting but considerable expenses involving no small amount of planning and anxiety but one is clearly better than the other due to one small change More
