I walked into the dealership late afternoon and drove out with a new truck that evening. Financing was fast and friendly. Ricky, my sales person, was there to ensure a great sales experience and didn’t leave until I had my clean vehicle ready to go, the training complete and all questions answered. This may seem like just meeting expectations, but it was 1-1/2 hours AFTER closing time, and he made no effort to rush me. I’ve used other Luther dealers in past, and expected the great reputation to be consistent from dealer to dealer. I’m glad to say it was. Nice work, Luther. More

Lengthy oil change I typically come here to get my oil changed and most of the time I am in and out in under an hour. This week when I came in for my oil change appointm I typically come here to get my oil changed and most of the time I am in and out in under an hour. This week when I came in for my oil change appointment in it took an hour and half and I was simply just told “we’re sorry.” I have had previous visits where my car is done but no one comes to get me because they must have “lost my invoice” again causing me to sit there for an hour plus.
