Todd was extremely helpful right from the first phone call. Todd assisted with the build sheet for a new 2024 2500HD in a timely and comprehensive way. Once the build was submitted to GM, Todd kept me call. Todd assisted with the build sheet for a new 2024 2500HD in a timely and comprehensive way. Once the build was submitted to GM, Todd kept me posted with updates on a regular basis. Sometimes the text traffic was everyday and over weekends as well.
