I'm disappointed having worked in a Chevy dealer service department. Because no one reviewed the the work done and I requested a new wiper blade installation on the rear. Apparently I supplied the wrong typ department. Because no one reviewed the the work done and I requested a new wiper blade installation on the rear. Apparently I supplied the wrong type, instead of asking if they could sell me the correct one they let me go without. I ordered a new vehicle with this dealership and concerned I may have made a mistake! Not impressed with service or sales departments! No communication with the customer! More

I called and they held a truck for me that was very popular on the lot. Took me an hour and a half to get there and when I did Ricky was awesome to work with and helped get me into my new 3500HD At4.
