I came to Kia for my first new car purchase ever. I worked with both James Remer and Jamie Osmondson. A majority of my interaction was with Jamie Osmondson, but my first experience was a test drive wi worked with both James Remer and Jamie Osmondson. It definitely laid the groundwork for what was a positive buying process. The remainder of my dealing was with Jamie. Jamie was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions I had - being a first time buyer I had plenty! Jamie was a huge factor in me purchasing from Kia, as he gave me a far superior experience to the other dealers I visited. Bottom line: when you go to Kia looking for a car, ask for Jamie Osmondson. This is not to say the other employees don't do fantastic work, but I know from experience he will exceed your expectations. More

Samantha was very knowledgeable and honest with me when I brought my vehicle in for service. The only thing that was not acceptable was that my vehicle was supposed to be vacuumed, as it is done every time brought my vehicle in for service. I had a lot of items in the back and back seat of my vehicle so I just asked for the front to be vacuumed but to my dismay, it was not. Also, I had counted on having a rental car to return to work with but was told that it cost $20 for the day, information that was not relayed to me at the time of scheduling. I would be returning within a few hours to pick up my vehicle so I didn't want to pay the $20 "day" fee when I only needed it to go 1 mile up the road to finish my work day for 4 hours. Another Kia dealership has always given me a rental car free of charge, no questions asked. More
