I love the video that is sent out showing the work that was done. The associate that I worked with, Kelley, was great. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. My only complaint was wait time in was done. The associate that I worked with, Kelley, was great. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. My only complaint was wait time in general. It took 2.5 hours for the 8,000 mile service. Other than that, overall it was a wonderful experience. More
