I visited Luther kia to buy used car. I've clearly communicated them over the phone to Shawn that I'm a new immigrant and do not have credit history. Since he was busy, asked Brandon to help me. Brandon is not approachable and not explaining or trying to hide the truth. He is just not clear on communicating things to me. I had to ask for reasons to get something from him. Not completely convinced with his. He said I'm not qualified to buy Altima and then he offered SantaFe which was already sold. He has nothing to offer. I was ready to pay high interest if required. felt bad. Just waste of time. Not recommend to anyone at least for people new to the country and no credit history. More
Very friendly, helpful staff from top to bottom. Samantha was my Service Advisor and she was smiling and very courteous from beginning to end. I also dealt with Brandon and Joe in the Parts Department and they were both very helpful and went above and beyond in helping me. Also ran into James Remer, or Jimmy, as I remember him. I hadn't seen him since I purchased the car in October, and even then, I probably saw him only twice as he wasn't my main contact, he remembered my name which I think says a lot. Great dealership with some awesome people in all departments. Thanks! More

Minor issue with used car sales manager being reluctant about replaceing a rubber strip on the passenger door. Service department replaced anyway. All discussions with Dave Ramy to completing sales transaction was flawless without issue and minimal time spent signing and waiting. More

I'm not sure if I'd recommend this dealership or not. They did work extremely hard to get my loan approved, which I really appreciated. However, they made it a point to show me they were losing mo not. They did work extremely hard to get my loan approved, which I really appreciated. However, they made it a point to show me they were losing money, $1300.00, with the bank in order to get my deal done. But because they had done so many deals the previous few days, they didn't mind losing a little money. The next day, my husband stopped in to drop off some items from my trade in and he was told that because of our trade in, we would get a $250 gift card. The salesman ran back into the office, came back out and told my husband that it had already been applied in the loan, so we wouldn't get the gift card. I looked over our loan docs, and it actually looks like we were charged almost $600 more than what the difference was between my trade in and the cost of the car I purchased. I also looked over everything-every number, every line item, and did NOT see a "credit" for $250 for the trade in. I feel like I just dealt with a shady sales dept and dealership. I really appreciate all the hard work that was put into getting me approved, but I feel like something isn't right. I also don't feel comfortable or even welcome back at the dealership. More

From the minute I met Jamie I felt very comfortable and not pressured to buy anything. It was a very comfortable atmosphere.
