Bought a Kia Soul from Zak in November 2012. Hammered out price and everything online. He was very friendly and attentive and at no time tried to pull a fast one- in fact, he recommended I verify the prices price and everything online. Zak was the only salesperson of 10 I spoke with that didn't mislead or outright lie to me.) Zak made the whole purchase experience quick and painless- my first new car! I would absolutely send friends and family to buy a car at the Bloomington Kia. Just had my first service this morning. Email reminders, phone call reminders, simple. The woman working the parts department (that wasn't yet open) was friendly and pointed me in the right direction (I'd never been there for service before.) Again, quick and easy. Dave B. in the service department was friendly yet professional- answered my questions and asked about the car. The waiting room was in great shape, though I didn't have long to wait. Overall I remain very impressed with my experiences with Bloomington Luther Kia. Oh, and I like the Soul! After decades of driving guitars worth less than my guitars and wondering if I'd get where I was going, etc, I'm so thrilled to have a new, reliable car. The Soul rocks. I feel like I'm getting great value for my money and it's a fun car to drive. Sure, it's no racecar, but it feels as reliable as the multiple Corollas I've owned, but with more style, for sure.
