This was the first time I had ever looked into buying a car. I found a Kia Rio I could afford and was contacted the next day by James. He was friendly and quick to respond to my questions. I am now a Kia fan (my husband was very impressed as well) and will be coming back when the time goes to get a car. I was very afraid of being taken advantage of, but I did not experience that with this dealership. Also, I think it was worth mentioning that I went to trade in my used 2002 Elantra that had been totaled by a hit and run. They took my car and even called a towing company for me to help me. MY husband and I went to Luther Kia of Bloomington in search of trading my 2006 Scion xB in on a used Kia Sorento. We set up an appointment with him and talked about out wants and needs and we determined that it would actually be more cost efficient to buy new. They did not try to push extra stuff on us and never played hardball.
