I went Bloomington Kia because I did some family car switching and ended up with my son's 2010 Nitro which we owed money on. A markeitng piece saying they would get me top trade in value for that car go switching and ended up with my son's 2010 Nitro which we owed money on. When all was said and done we were able to make both sides happy and with Shawn's guidance got the car and terms that I wanted on the 2013 Kia Optima SXL! Great experience and like that the dealership isn't huge but part of a large car group like Luther. More

I found my car on autotrader.com and e-mailed to set up a test drive when Jon called me shortly after I sent the email. The next day I drove the car with Matt and I loved the car. I talked to my wife that night and returned the next day (saturday) and worked with Dave to get all the financing taken care of, and everyone in the process was very respectful and willing to help. I think the only thing that I would change would be having more people available on Saturday. It was very busy and the guys seemed to be running around alot and that could turn some people off. We had already test driven four competitive cars that day, but the Optima became our #1 choice.
