I had a complimentary first oil change done after purchasing my new Kia Soul. The service was great, and they even vacuumed out the front and rear floors. I live in St. Paul and I am more than willin purchasing my new Kia Soul. The service was great, and they even vacuumed out the front and rear floors. I live in St. Paul and I am more than willing to drive to Bloomington for my next oil change. The waiting area sported a large television, and refreshments. I also had control of the tv remote so good things were on too. I appreciate the attention to detail, I hope they never change. More

Get seasonal coupons that are great for regular maintenance items. Always easy to schedule an appt that works for me. Always are very friendly!! The work they've done for me in the past has always maintenance items. Always easy to schedule an appt that works for me. Always are very friendly!! The work they've done for me in the past has always been great. The customer waiting areas have computers w/ internet, TV, fireplace (nice for those cold MN days). I know I can trust them when they tell me something needs to be fixed or replaced. Never pushy when it comes to a suggestion on purchasing something, gives me the facts & their opinion-up to me to make final decision. More

I was told that part of the service was under warranty, several times. Then before I was asked to pick it up it there was a charge (well we didnt do X so its not covered).When the overall cost was less tha several times. After receiving a call, that I was due for my first complimentary oil change, I was notified several times by email and called the day before, as well. When I arrived, I was immediately waited on and complimentary oil change, I was notified several times by email and called the day before, as well. When I arrived, I was immediately waited on and was told the service would take about 45 min to 1 hour. I went to wait in the Lounge and in 45 minutes, my car was ready. The only disappointment was that the car wash was not functioning that day, so I left with a dirty car... but that did not reduce my overall experience for my 1st service appt. More
