They told me I had a hole from a nail that was unpatchable and that they could order a tire but didn't know when it would come in. As I drove toward the exit, I had an alert that I had 0 tire pressure which I thought was a mistake. But I wanted to double check before leaving and getting on the highway. The tire was entirely flat. I assume they took the nail out of the tire and then told me to drive off the lot which was really irresponsible, scary, and makes me question the technicians judgement...I don't know much about cars, but I do know if there is a nail a tire, you don't take it out unless you're going to patch or replace the tire. I feel very hesitant about ever coming back here. Which is a shame. I've been going to this dealership for 5 years, bought two cars from there. More
