This was a totally bad unsatisfactory experience. We were told we would be contacted. We weren’t contacted in any way and this””service”” department does not answer it”s phone, ever. After paying over $200.00 dollars for an inspection and diagnostic, we never heard one single thing. There was a vague reference on the invoice to the brakes needing attention but again it was impossible to reach the service and our calls were not answered. Two days later we still haven’t heard a single thing. We received a call inquiring about our experience, but this person was also unable to reach the service department. One wonders what kind of business refuses to answer their phone. Dealing with Luther Nissan Inver Grove was a very frustrating waste of time and money. I would rate them a D-. More

Service is great when you can get in. Was told no loaners, but someone else came after me and another service advisor told another that he"needed another rental" and it was given. I got Lyft to work and back, and had to leave my car for$1500 of work and then they have me a loaner that my advisor was holding onto for someone coming 2 days later! Found that frustrating since if I had the loaner to start with I wouldn't have had to return to the dealer and could have gone home from work. More
