At other dealships, we waited over an hour for an appt. we had set up. * The salesman sat in the car with us and showed us how to use the new technology - was careful to ask questions and make sure we understood. * Even the process of the financial paperwork (usually a tense experience) was pleasant. Very details and patient to explain all the information. This is the 2nd new car I've bought from IGH Nissan. Next time I'm buying a car, I wont waste my time and energy going to other dealerships. Excellent staff I purchased a car last week. Everyone I came in contact with was great. Matthew, my salesman, was fun to work with and went above and beyond what an I purchased a car last week. Today I brought the car back to have service check it out since I was unfamiliar w/ Nissan motors and thought it was revving high not realizing the Nissan motors don't shift and sounded different than any other vehicle I have driven. Adam hopped in the car with me to check it out. He also was so sweet and personable. He took the time to explain the engine to me and saved me a lot of time and headache. I would highly recommend doing business with this crew. More

Awesome Customer Service😊 I had a airbag recall for my Nissan Versa. Luther Nissan overed me the use of a 2018 Altima, until my part arrived. I ended up using the car for almo I had a airbag recall for my Nissan Versa. Luther Nissan overed me the use of a 2018 Altima, until my part arrived. I ended up using the car for almost 5 months. The part came in 3 months but I fell and broke my hand & wasn’t able to drive the Altima back. They were very accommodating in every way. Super great customer service all the way around in every department. I would give this dealership 5 stars & would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. More
