Recall of my Kia Soul I had an appointment for 2 pm today but I dropped it off at 11:45 am on m y way to lunch with a friend. I have used this dealership service department for the past 6 years after moving up from Florida, in my opinion that was the BEST thing I did. I trust the service department and service techs, they have been there for me to guide my decisions with major issues. Being a senior citizen who drives 99% of the time with my vehicle I know it has to have certain things done and they remind me when it is due. They go above and beyond with their customer service. Oil Change and Windshield Washer adjustment Went in for 2nd oil change, and to have Washers Nozzles adjusted since they sprayed too low, and weren't effective. Although I didn't have an appoint Went in for 2nd oil change, and to have Washers Nozzles adjusted since they sprayed too low, and weren't effective. Although I didn't have an appointment, they squeezed me in and quickly completed the work. The washers now work MUCH better, the oil is fresh, and the car was washed and dried beautifully. I love the extra effort. More

Service I brought my 2013 Kia Optima in for the 60,000 mile service and needed to wait while the work was being done so I expected to be there for awhile. The service people were friendly and efficient and Adam let me know if during the service they found anything that needed fixing right away. To my surprise I was out of there in 2 hrs instead of the 4 hrs that I was told it could possibly be. All the staff here are friendly and courteous. More

Scheduled oil change I scheduled a oil and filter change for my Kia Sportage and I had noticed that my wiper blades were bad and the service techs were nice and offered to I scheduled a oil and filter change for my Kia Sportage and I had noticed that my wiper blades were bad and the service techs were nice and offered to replace the blades.
