Awful experience Fleet Farm broke the key off with the lugnut trying to get them off as I need new tires. They said to go to the dealer so they can take them off and exchange them. Had an appt this morning and said their master set broke on them and wanted to charge over $100 to have them air hammered off. These are Kia's lug nuts that were put on. The guy himself said this happens often yet I am to pay their labor for removing them just so I can get tires put on? It's ridiculous and will not ever come back here. Can't believe they can get away with doing this to people. More

The timeliness was poor. I made John aware that I needed my car back by Friday at noon/1 p.m. When I called at 1:45, he made me feel as though I was being unreasonable for asking for my car back. Thanks to the delay, I had to post-pone my 5 hr drive by about 3.5 hours and had to rearrange my schedule - I didn't get to my destination until midnight!! If I had known this, I would have not had the work done. However, I can understand the delays - sometimes they just happen, it's John's handling of the situation that almost cost Luther a customer. The previous time I had work done, I had Scott. He was great! I miss Scott!!! More

Friendly, easy experience My wife and I had not even intended on buying a new vehicle when we took our sentra in for service. We decided to talk with Stephen about our options My wife and I had not even intended on buying a new vehicle when we took our sentra in for service. We decided to talk with Stephen about our options for getting my wife into a new SUV. Not only did Stephen make everything easy to understand and transparent, but he explained what he was doing at every step. He was able to get us into a new 2015 rogue in the time it took for our sentra to be repaired. Stephen then gave us every discount available and took the sentra off our hands with no issues. 4 hours after we drove in the, we drove out with our new SUV. Thanks to Stephen and Ryan for their professionalism and friendliness. More

One other couple and myself were watching the t.v. when this young man says, the service man asked me if I wanted the complimentary car wash this evening. He starts laughing while declaring, "NO NO heck NO! I like my car dirty, please don't wash it!" Last night was the first time any rep asked if I wanted the car wash. My old service guy, Adam, used to say I only bought my car in when it needed to be cleaned. He's such a funny guy. My new guy, Mike, asked all the right questions and got me out of there in record time. On the serious side, my car gets the best care at Martin Luther - thank you and keep us laughing. I stopped in about 4:00 p.m. to check out used cars.I choose this dealership because of the great service that I had received from the service departm I stopped in about 4:00 p.m. to check out used cars.I choose this dealership because of the great service that I had received from the service department during the lights out event. Mike listened patiently to what I was looking for and my price range, then looked over his list and said he had the perfect car for me exactly what I was looking for - so out to the lot we went. I took a very nice Altima for a ride and then asked to drive a Rogue as I had been thinking about that type of a vehicle. Mike let me know that would be outside my price range but said pick one and he would grab the keys. I took a spin and determined that it was not what I wanted. I drove the Altima again and determined that Mike was right it was the perfect car for me. Mike was great to work with, I love that he listened to me and did not put pressure on me or try to me that I needed something that I really didn't. Next onto financing with Raul. Again no pressure just went over my options and let me choose. In no time I was on my way with my 2011 Altima. By the way it is perfect for me and I love it. More
Got a second opinion I was quoted the price of a grand to rip a factory sealed compartment apart to fix a ground short inside of the dash. There is no empirical evidence it has been compromised by mice as they said.There was however a small dent in the fender and the side running light that they promised me was working just fine that is the true causality. They also assured me the trailer harness wiring was just fine but it also was not working well and I had it removed. Some guys at my church quickly fixed my car in a single morning. They didn't ask me for a dime. And they didn't believe it necessary to rip up the dash. The courtesy ride driver really needs to produce her medical license and prove she is registered with the Minnesota state board of medical practice because she diagnosed my son's disability as laziness and that he can work. He is clearly a savant but just being super intelligent doesn't mean employable.He can tell you how quantum physics works but can not match his own socks or even the silverware drawer.He'd been in special ed since kindergarten. I and my son live off of a small disability check, and can't just pull a grand out of a hat at a moments notice. I am still trying to replace our ancient household appliances! That amount is serious money for most people. I have no time for stupidity... and it is either stupidity or it is all lies... either way... Always get a second opinion whether it is from a doctor or a mechanic! I am also surprised someone would actually help themselves to my dollars off coupons and tax deduction paperwork I had stored in the dash. That's just not nice even though they are replacable. People who intentionally do evil to widows and orphans will eventually answer to a higher power. More
