Exceptional Service Again! After experiencing a few dashboard lights coming on I set up my appointment and was lucky enough to have Adam work with me again. Adam put in extra effort to make sure I got the best price and they were available at the dealership quickly. He kept me posted about progress and while the work took several hours it did not seem like a long wait. The customer service is unparallel to other dealerships I have gone to - Adam is awesome. They always offer me coupons or a military discount if there aren't coupons available. They service my car with no gimicks - they only do what actually needs to be done and give honest advice, which is sometimes hard to find. I really appreciate the convenience of the loaner vehicles. I also love that my car is always given back shiney and clean because they offer free car washes! I would highly recommend Luther Nissan Kia for your car buying or servicing needs. Luther has made a great name for themselves in the Twin Cities and it's not just a coincidence. They are the best! More
