I actually started the process to purchase another vehicle at a different dealership but had warning bells off in my head. I decided against that vehicle because something didn't seem right and called Sue back. She was very helpful and I am so glad that I decided to purchase the Rogue. I love the vehicle and the process with Sue and Eric was very easy. Purchasing a new vehicle is a big decision and they both made be feel like I was being given honest information and they were very trustworthy. Sue and Eric answered every question that I had and truly understand what customer service means. I would recommend Luther to any of my friends as the experience was exactly what buying a car should be. More
GREAT EXPERIENCE DON'T SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE! I had financing in hand and had visited some dealers near my home, but couldn't get the deal or service I was looking for, so i took a chance and reac I had financing in hand and had visited some dealers near my home, but couldn't get the deal or service I was looking for, so i took a chance and reached out to David Jr at Luther Nissan/Kia. David was a true professional from beginning to end. He listened to my needs, took the time to go over what I really wanted and needed in a new vehicle and what I could afford. He worked with me to get a much better financing deal then I had walked in with. I was able to buy the car I wanted, with all the important options and safety features I needed. David stuck with me through the whole process, guiding me, answering all my question (and believe me I had A LOT) Whether it was on the phone, via email or in person he was patient and knowledgeable. I asked a lot of tough questions, but he had answers for everything and never mislead me or tried to get me to purchase something I didn't need or couldn't afford. this is my new dealership and will always be my first stop for any vehicle needs I have in the future. He even took the time to help me setup my 1st free oil change. It made the car buying process painless. As a single woman, it's hard to know if you are getting the best service and price, but in the end It was clear David worked hard for me and made my deal happen so it fit all my needs. . Samantha Sittlow in Finance was wonderful, super easy to deal with and explained everything clearly. She also explained the Gap insurance and allowed me to double check my policy to ensure it was right for me. Thanks!!!! More
Great experience on new Pathfinder lease I originally contacted this dealership to confirm the price of the lease I was signing up for was a good one. I was not actually in "car shopping" mod I originally contacted this dealership to confirm the price of the lease I was signing up for was a good one. I was not actually in "car shopping" mode, as my lease still had 2 months to go. When I spoke with Igor, I was very up front that I was in the final stages with another dealer. However, when he returned my call with a monthly payment quote $75 lower than the other dealer, I was inclined to listen. (Especially considering I had not shared the other dealer's price with him.) After some further discussion with the other dealer, I ended up back with Luther and Igor, as they again, were willing to lower the monthly payment. Regarding my experience with Igor, I appreciated his efforts giving me a competitive quote the first time. (This was especially disappointing of the other dealer, as this would have been my third lease with them.) He was fantastic to work with, prompt with responses, and also low pressure. Not once did he make me feel guilty for price shopping or pressure me to come in immediately and sign paperwork. I would not hesitate to work with him on another vehicle purchase, when that time comes. Lastly, not only did I feel I received a fair price from Luther, but as silly as it sounds, the gas card and $250 gift card towards service, parts, accessories, in addition to $5 car washes and fuel savings card at Holiday certainly were nice bonuses. Seamless Experience I walked in because I had driven a Kia Soul before and I had a little time before my next appointment in the area of Luther Nissan and Kia. I thought I would start there in my search for any car that I could qualify for that had great gas mileage and a payment below $300. I really didn't care about car, style, color etc. Tom Hagmeier met me at the door and said lets get some information. I sat down with only 20 minutes time available before my appointment. Tom took my information, introduced me to Dave Ramy and they asked when I could come back. I said Monday, they said if I could come back that evening they would have all my information processed but my appointment went until 8:30pm and they both said they would wait for me even if I could not get back til closer to 9pm. I made it back and Dave asked me he can get me in a Kia Soul or Rio to meet my requirements, he asked do you want Manual or Automatic and what color I want. I told him Manual because I know it is less expensive and told him it didn't matter what color. Dave and Tom said they had one in stock in Alien Green and that was the color that if I had a choice would have selected. I was so happy. Tom and I took a test drive and within 30 minutes I was driving home in my new Kia Soul. I have had all kinds of follow-up from the dealer and Tom and it was the most seamless experience I have ever experienced. Thank you Luther Nissan on Kia. I love my car and I am so happy. More

Each customer is unique with regard to circumstances, aspirations and transporation needs. JP and Raul truly listened as I conveyed all of those aspects as it applied to me. They utilized all the information provided to deliver the best return on investment in a vehicle that I will not only enjoy but will also deliver in the years to come. Effective listening and their undivided attention were particularly important in the confidence that I now fully place in this dealership. Another critical aspect in this experience was their patience in my decision making process. I never felt rushed or compelled to in one direction or another. As well, they provided the assurance that Luther always chooses the path withing its power of making things right for the buyer. Service engine light on when driving. Only issue with my service today was the cost of $520 for approximately 2 hours work (including $90 in parts). I would guess these prices are on scale with other dealers but since you asked I should be honest. Only other issue I would point out is the poor accessibility for cars coming and going in your lot.
