Both good and bad. Came in for my first FREE oil change on my new used car. Tried to charge me for it. Taken care of after a little research. I came in with low windshield wiper fluid and a sticker to remind me when to get my oil changed on my windshield. When I left, my wiper fluid was still low and I had no sticker. You took the time to take the old one off, yet you did not give me a new one. The checklist indicates that you topped all fluids, but you did not indicate which ones (certainly wasn't the windshield wiper fluid). I want to know what was topped so that I can monitor it. Yes, you have very friendly staff, but that's just half of the service experience. Positive was that my car was washed. There is room for improvement. More
