My first experience was with my husband, about a year ago when he purchased a 2011 Nissan, Sentra a wonderful dealership person worked with us, but unfortunately he longer works there, who made my husband's buying experience great... Then we met up with their fantastic, and very knowledgeable & very personable & witty Finance Person, Jamie who went beyond her duties and made it possible for my husband to purchase his vehicle at a decent price. Then a year later we show up at Nissan to just look and test drive a vehicle for myself, and I did start out with inquiring about a Nissan, Versa and testing driving another vehicle. I honestly was thinking about going to Toyota Dealership to also inquiry and test drive some of their vehicles, but when Phil Worthing found out I was already driving a Toyota, Camry and he mentioned Nissan had a 2011 Toyota Camry on sell, so I was interested and took it for test drive. So needless to say, I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE VEHICLE, and my husband also indicated that I would be crazy NOT to purchase the vehicle was on sale at a good price, so I did, Phil gathered the forms and we filled them out, and a short time later, we met up again with their financial person, who happened to be Jamie. Who remembered us from last year, and we laughed and she VERY patiently made some calls to straighten things out with my husband's RED ALERT, before we could be appoved to puchase the vehicle. It eventually got taken care of, and now I can say "I am a owner of a beautiful 2011, Toyota, Camry which is a white colored vehicle.. Our first visit to Luther Nissan Kia and the purchase of a new car was a very pleasant experience. From our first meeting with Tucker Carlson, Sales Professional, to his "congratulations and the purchase of a new car was a very pleasant experience. From our first meeting with Tucker Carlson, Sales Professional, to his "congratulations" handshake after he handed us the keys to our new 2014 Kia Sorento, we felt we were dealing with a friend. Tucker's friendly manner made us feel very comfortable. He answered our many questions with honest knowledgeable answers putting no pressure on time or decision making. After finding the "right" car, Tucker introduced us to Jerry Simon, New Car Sales Manager. Jerry put some figures together, located the color car we wanted, and got our enthusiasm "revved up" even more. When we returned to pick up our car we were introduced to Raul Tirado, Business Manager. Raul introduced us to David Ramey who gave us the final purchase price figures and sales agreement, both meeting our satisfaction. While Raul walked us through and explained in detail all the paper work we were signing, we talked, laughed and shared many stories. Seems the three of us attended Johnson High School (about 36 years apart) and are very familiar St. Paul's Eastside. It truly was a real pleasure dealing with the friendly, professional staff of Luther Nissan Kia. Million Dollar Joe Ray =-) I went to Kia on a Wednesday only to just look. I looked and a friendly gentleman name Joe came out to see if he could help me with anything. I was afraid of a glitch happening on trying to get a new car of some sort. He made me so comforable. I sat and waited yet still nervous to even get approved for ANYTHING. He kept coming back and saying everything is still good... He then heard what I said in the very beginning of the car I would like? Like a cube car sort? He then told me he is trying to get me into a Kia Soul. I couldnt believe it!!! Someone actually listening to the customer!!! (haha) Then still in process, he tells me everthing is looking really good!! (haha) then he talks about the colors? At this point, I'm in thinking a glitch is going to pop up. He then tells me my favorite GREEN is here?!! Im like this is crazy?! At this point time is going by and I waiting. Next thing you know it a friendly woman name Jamie comes and says, Hi Yolanda, please come with me this way. In which I do. When she tells me everything and I now a new owner for a 2014 Kia Soul. I was on cloud 9 and wanted to do carts wheels!!! After all was over. I was so happy with "JOE"!!! I shooked his hand and gave him a monster hug!!! When I left the lot the next day the last words from Joe was, "No Glitch"! I was so thankful to have him helped me that day when I walked in to that parking lot!!! I will recommend him to all family and friends!!!! THANKS A MILLION JOE!!!! More
