Great car purchase experience. I bought a car for less than $10k, but they treated me very well - not all salespeople will be this engaged over a relatively small sale. Mikhail answered my direct questions directly, which I appreciated. Once I agreed to buy the car, I had to wait for another employee to set up close (financing, etc). There was a wait of about 90 minutes...that was pretty frustrating, but not something they could really control at that point. In their defense, I came in to buy a car at 700pm. I had never dealt with Luther before -- they made a customer. The price for what I got was a little high -- but you're getting peace of mind. Typically, Luther does what a lot of other larger dealerships do - they dump off crappy trade ins on a 2nd tier dealer, only selling the better used models that have passed inspection. Luther has a 5-day free return as well. In that time, I had a guy inspect the vehicle, and he was impressed. I wouldn't hesitate on recommending Luther to family and friends. More

I had an OK dealing with them for my second vehicle now. Dealt with a lot of other dealerships who don't do this crap anymore. Positives? We made the deal happen, I got a good, not GREAT deal (you're supposed to walk out happy, I was not angry, but didn't have that warm feeling), and so far they have delivered on their promises. Everyone was nice enough, but there was something missing. No big suprises, they didn't pitch me on anything I didn't need, but I will say I bought my vehicle on a Friday morning and the following Monday morning I got am email where they offered a $200 gift card with any used purchase. I called and asked about it and they refused to honor it as I got "too good a deal already" and "I bought mine on Friday afternoon, sorry". It's the little things in my book. Overall happy enough, but the details and overall experience are far too old school for my tastes. More

I am particualr on the cleanliness of my vehicle and whem returned there are no grease marks on the floor or on the door handles, etc. The experience at this service facility has always been excellent.
