I spent about a week communicating with him and his responses were always very quick and very helpful. When my husband and I went in to the dealership the customer service was the same as the email correspondence. He took time with us to get to know us (and we him) and took even more time to show us the bells and whistles of the car. This is the best car-buying experience I've ever had and I would highly recommend JP to anyone else; I can't speak highly enough of him! More

I took many months to shop around for my vehicle and the first quote I was given by JP was the lowest of all the other local dealers by far. Other dealers didn't believe I was given such a low quote and ev first quote I was given by JP was the lowest of all the other local dealers by far. Other dealers didn't believe I was given such a low quote and even after I provided them the quote they wouldn't match it. I actually test drove the vehicle at another dealership and the salesperson there knew NOTHING about the car I wanted and it even ran out of gas on the test drive. JP on the other hand knew every last detail of the car, which is a new model. He took the time the go through the car and thoroughly explain many of the features. He even set up my phones to the Bluetooth and programmed the clocks before I took off. There was no pressure and this was the best buying experience I’ve ever had. It was my first new car buying experience and I will definitely be recommending JP and the Luther Nissan/Kia to others. More
