We had an excellent salesman, Dennis Viner. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, both Nissan and Kia. He was not pushy at all. Dennis was considerate and listened to what we really wanted, helpful, and pointed features out while test driving. He answered all of our questions and together with Raul, made the buying process an easy, painless experience. Dennis even helped us set-up our phones with Apple CarPlay! I showed up there to look at a vehicle that checked all the boxes but was treated like an inconvenience. The vehicle was for my gf who works a lot and had limited time the following day to look at the veh the boxes but was treated like an inconvenience. It felt like they were doing me a favor. When I asked for specifics on the vehicle the reply was “like what?”… umm sell me on it! It was a great day for a MN winter and I took the day off work to purposely look at this vehicle and I’ve only had Nissan and Infiniti since 2000, but went to the nearby Toyota dealer that had a similar vehicle and we purchased from them, they were more welcoming and knowledgeable on a vehicle that wasn’t even their brand. That’s sad on its own. I’ll go to a different Nissan in the future More

It paid off in that the car passed which now upset me with Big O Tires who said the car needed an alignment! Won't be going back to them! I like to do my own oil changes from time to time but whomever designed the access to the oil filter should be voted off the island. 12 - 14 bolts JUST to GET to the filter! My son's 2017 KIA van has it right on the top of the engine. Why the change?! More
